Research Contracts and Agreements (RCA) coordinates and assists research staff with non-disclosure/confidentiality agreements, industry-sponsored clinical trial agreements, and material transfer agreements. The RCA reviews and prepares research agreements for execution on behalf of the institution and conducts negotiations directly with the sponsor. We assist researchers in the most efficient manner possible while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and institutional guidelines.
